The Meadow Dress is one of my easiest to wear dresses.  It has small sleeves and a full flowy maxi length.  There is a deep V neck, which you can pair with a T-shirt, bandeau bra, lacy bralette, or even a bathing suit underneath... according to your mood!  A tie around the waist can make this form fitting - or if you choose, you can wear open and flowy.
